"The service visit to your dealership on 08/17/2011 was the usual great job with friendly and attentive people. I misunderstood an oil related condition but Jay was patient and explained it thoroughly. Andy was prompt in bringing my question to Jay which helped clear any misunderstanding. Oh by the way, did I mention the bike ran very strong after the dyno tune and it was retrurned in like new cleanliness. These comments explain why I'll keep coming back. "

"I was on a ride last week and the shifter shaft on my FLTR crapped out. I was riding with my friends of The Crossing Riders Pre Ride Team who were pre riding for our "Fried Dill Pickle Ride". I was able to get into gear, so I high tailed it right to BVHD. When I pulled in the lot, the service door was open so I pulled in. By the time I got my kick stand down, there were two service guys Jay and Chris, with wrenches flying. My friends had called ahead and told them I was coming. WOW!! I felt like I had a pit crew! BVHD does all my service, they do a great job at a good price. I drive over an hour one way to get here, because they treat me like a friend, not just another bike. "

"I'm on the road early this morning to meet some fellow Crossing Rider team members for breakfast and go over some noteworthy items concerning our next ride. As I'm crusin' down I-44 toward Fenton I begin to pick up a slight popping noise coming from somewhere around the front jug (cylinder) on my Street Glide. While making other stops later that morning and begining working my way back home I notice after each stop the noise level of the popping begins to increase. By now I'm thinking the worse, a cracked head or blown head gasket, or at the very least an exhaust manifold leak. As I cruise down Hwy O toward Villa Ridge there is no doubt my next stop is going to be Bourbeuse Valley Harley Davidson. For those of you familiar with the intersection, I pull up to Historic 66 (Hwy AT) on Hwy O behind 2 other vehicles and begin waiting to make my left and pull into the Harley dealership. Unknown to me two of the service technicians Chris & Jay were standing outside and heard my bike as I was sitting at the stop a few feet away. I pull into the parking lot and under the shaded area by the benches where Chris greets me with a "making a little noise is she"? At almost the same time Jay who had disappeared inside the building comes walking out of the service door with a 3/8 drive ratchet, 6" extension and socket and begins to tighten my exhaust, he finishes the top of the front jug and tells Chris the bottom one is missing, "go get a #7593 nut", which he immeadiatly installs when Chris comes back with it. So here's the deal, I know some of us on the Crossing Riders team talk about some of the cool people at BVHD or the cool stuff they do or the speed in which they achieve that "cool stuff", maybe even the low cost at which they many times happen to do it , but I mean really! 1.) Diagnoses the problem while I'm sitting at a nearby stop sign 2.) Repair the problem in under 5 minutes from the time I pull onto the lot. 3.) Friendly exchange between myself and Andy (Service Manager) as to billing.......NONE! 4.) Bourbeuse Valley Harley Davidson close to my house....PRICELESS !!!! Just sayin' Bill"

"while traveling to St Roberts from Wisconsin. I developed a low speed wobble with the front end of my 2010 Ultra Limited. We stopped and the service department took over and resolved the problem. The professionalism shown by the group was second to none. I hope I have the names correct Andy, Adam and 2 other techs that I did not get names for. I want to thank you guys for the effort and a safe trip back to Wisconsin. Sincerely, Michael Shafer "
